Use Bookhead to sync your events to your website. Connect them with your Google Calendar so everybody is up to date. Keep track of the events planning all within Bookhead, as the one source of truth, so you can use it elsewhere.
On your website, list an events calendar and link the products to the events. etc

Oh wow wouldn't this be sick!? E-ink display at your register that automatically updates with the events from Bookhead. https://www.geniatech.com/product/epaper-bus-stop-signs/
We can just feed the data to something like that. This future is not far off!

Looking like we'll have this ready in a month or so! This will make Bookhead nearly feature-complete, as the content management system for your bookstore.
Our vision is that Bookhead becomes the source of truth for your events management. You manage your events calendar in one place (Bookhead), and from there the event goes where it needs to go.
What we are building toward:
- Website publishing that automatically creates event pages and a calendar on your website
- Google Calendar sync so your events stay up to date with your store's shared calendar
- Product links so an event connects to that author's books in your catalog
We are building those core features, but some other ways this could evolve:
- flow to your Bookhead on Canva app
- feed a book event aggregation website, if you opt in
- workflows for coordinating the event itself with publicists (to keep organized)
- marketing analytics tracking with an event!
- automated press releases
- events management over our Data Platform API so you can build what you need
