We’re excited about a new change in Bookhead, and with this change comes a good moment for you to verify everything looks correct.
We've released our latest and greatest book list implementation. You might've already seen the new "lists" builder in the UI. This new iteration is based on feedback of how stores create lists and how they want to curate on their website.
You can create lists based on a variety of attributes: condition, per-ISBN, category, in-stock or not, author, etc with more to come.
We've tried several different ways for creating lists (likely finding making it more confusing to you, and I apologize!), and I'm excited about this iteration. Going forward, this will be the standard way for creating lists. I think it works really well and fits all the various use cases of lists, as well as helps Bookhead integrate with more platforms in the future like email marketing, though I'll be eager to hear feedback from you. We're hoping your feedback will help us improve it.

Our new list implementation can operate two ways: curating a collection that you publish to a channel, and curating your catalog so you can control what exactly you want to show on your online inventory. Last week, we released the part that publishes a list to your website, and we've been monitoring for issues since this is a bigger change. We've found a few problems and are working to address them. We've done a lot of testing to prevent problems, but for some quality assurance and shared accountability,
we suggest you go look at the website catalog list we created based on your existing settings, to make sure everything is there and nothing you don't want is showing
. You might also want to tweak the settings, or ask me any questions that come up.
Thanks for your feedback in making Bookhead better, and please let us know if you have any more questions or feedback with this latest improvement. I'd love to hear what you think once you've had a look!
